Decadent Worker 89“The state, then, has not existed from all eternity. There have been societies that did without it, that had no idea of the state and state power. At a certain stage of economic development, which necessarily involve the split of society into classes, the state became necessary because of this split. We are now rapidly approaching a stage in the development of production. They will fall just as inevitably as they arose at an earlier stage. Along with them the state will inevitably fall. Society, which will reorganize production on the basis of a free and equal association of the producers, will put the whole state machinery where it will then belong — into the museum of antiquities, by the side of the spinning wheel and the bronze axe.” — Frederick Engels, The Origin of the Family, Private Property and the State, p. 210

To listen to the critics of Natural Law, you would think that we go out into the wilderness, count the rings in tree stumps and maybe observe aborigines mating, and then return to civilization, like Moses, with a list of commandments — insisting that if they are not obeyed, Nature will punish us. That’s called Ecology.

Marx took Proudhon’s term, Natural Law, and changed it to Historical Necessity. Perhaps it would make great sense to speak of Necessary Law, or indispensable custom, and Necessary Rights. An idea of Historical Necessity in action is illustrated by Engels.

Social customs, like all inventions, become more and more efficient — all other things being equal — as knowledge accumulates.

Marx and Spencer, each in his own way, improved on Proudhon and others Proudhon benefited from and refined upon Thomas Paine and John Locke, et. al. Among the most valuable contrbutions to Natural Law theory was that of Benjamin Tucker whose book, Instead of a Book, is in the Atlanta Public Library.

A crusty New England Yankee with no respect for authority, an unsentimental skeptic — a Nihilist Egoist, in fact, with unstinting praise for Max Stirner and Michael Bakunin — Benjamin Tucker shows that Natural Law needs neither mystical faith nor metaphysical speculation to make its point. Invasion, he wrote, is all society need forbid. (Coercion, fraud, technological snooping and manipulation and organized persecution can all be defined as invasive.) How invasion is to be abolished is, strictly speaking, outside the realm of Natural Law and Rights; enforcement is a matter of political science; Natural Law seeks only to discover what laws or customs or social norms are indispensable, while Natural Rights seeks to determine which are intolerable, as in, “Congress shall make no law…”

Tucker rejected Natural Rights and Aleister Crowley rejected Natural Law, insisting, however, that “Man has the right…” to certain freedoms — and both men reached very similar conclusions. Indeed, taken together they are redundant, but by the same token one discipline exists without the other in words alone. Both also begin with the same premise: society exists for the individual, not the individual for society. (c) Kerry Thornley

Decadent Worker 88Anarchist, syndicalist and Left SR fores in the Russian proletariat and peasantry led the revolutionary unrest from 1920 to March 1921, with anarchists spearheading working class uprisings. Russian anarchism produced Tolstoy, Bakunin and Kropotkin, but its influence was sharply curtailed by the use of Narodniki-style terrorist tactics of assassination. From 1905 to 1971 anarchist, anarchist-syndicalist and syndicalist forces established themselves firmly once more in the Russian working-class with ideologies of decentralized soviet power. Throughout the 1917 provisional government phase of the Russian Revolution the anarchists, with the Bolsheviks, remained at the militant, insurrectionary edge of the proletarian struggle, gaining political strength alongside the Bolsheviks. When the Bolsheviks instigated their October Coup, Russian anarchism split. The majority, while in support of armed proletarian and peasant insurrection, remained wary of Bolshevik intentions. A minority of anarchist elements, considering themselves anarcho-Bolsheviks, critically supported the Bolsheviks. As the Civil War progressed they quickly became either anarchists or Bolsheviks, and anarchism dramatically increased its influence in the Bolshevik military and the Petrograd proletariat.

Usually excellent barometers of the Russian Revolution, the Russian military and the Petrograd working class had to content with the iron hand of the party. Demobilized Red Army units after the civil war proper were assigned critical tasks in the war shattered economy, and the working class was partially militarized under Trade Union discipline the officials of which were appointed by the party. Anarchist and Left SR agitation, produced no fewer than 105 serious peasant uprisings from 1920 to 1921. The Soviet bureaucratic requisition system under War Communism eliminated the urban/rural system of direct worker/peasant cooperative exchanges and prohibited barter between starving, freezing urban workers and the peasants surrounding the cities for goods needed to survive. The SR/anarchist bombing of the Moscow Bolshevik Party headquarters in fall of 1919 marked a revolutionary alliance between Russia’s insurrectionary peasant socialism and an insurrectionary proletarian sovietism, an alliance that Bolshevism under Lenin’s demands for party vanguardism, centralism and unity could not make.

The second phase of the Civil War from 1920 to spring 1921 was nothing less than an anarchist/Left SR-inspired uprising against Bolshevik rule that was supported by the Russian peasantry, proletariat and minority elements in the Bolshevik military. And a decentralized, proletarian soviet/peasant socialist revolution had been historically possible out of the Russian Revolution, not in 1917, but in 1920/21. Had this insurrection only to contend with the Bolsheviks, Russian revolutionary history and Soviet society might have been different. — The New Indicator Collective, University of California at San Diego (B-023, La Jolla, CA 92093), Socialism: A Brief History (p. 40)

Decadent Worker 87IT LOOKS LIKE DANIEL

So far my reading on U.S. Nazism includes Charles Higham’s American Swastika, Sander A. Diamond’s The Nazi Movement in the United States 1924-1941, Greg Hill’s collection of letters from Co-man Ra as well as those I received directly, articles by Mae Brussell, John Judge and Eric Wynants — so I’m not an authority. What little data I have absorbed coincides with instances in my own life so often and in so many ways, though, that I cannot avoid the nerve-shattering conclusion that a Nazi eugenics experiment produced me.

Such projects in breeding were, according to Wynants, called Burgs and were sponsored by the Vril for the purpose of creating a super race. (Most conspirators think the cant word, “super,” refers to all children instead of the “harvest” of these Burgs.) Diamond goes into more detail about the structure of U.S. German activities, albeit without mentioning the Vril per se. What struck me was that each Burg of a German organization in the U.S. — including the Bund and probably the camouflaged propaganda network (pp. 126-7) — was administered by the municipal government of a city in Germany.

A sister cities program with teeth, the U.S. half could include anything from a regional chapter of openly organized Nazi sympathizers to, presumably, any covert unit of German intelligence.

I could not help thinking of good old Mrs. Dannenberg. About when the picture above was taken (17 April 1944) Mrs. Dannenberg was renting the cottage in back of the house behind me (at 909 W. 77th St., L.A.) My grandparents, the Switzers, lived in the front house and my grandmother, Minnie, used to spend a lot of time visiting Mrs. Dannenberg who, as was no secret, was German-American.

Get this: There is a town in Germany, near Hamburg, called Dannenberg. Remember Lisa Phillips Layton of DW#47? She was an active supporter of Jonestown from a rich Hamburg banking family. There are so many indications that Jonestown was somehow intimately connected with my own life that I cannot do the subject justice here. And once when I was wandering in Florida I wound up spending a night on a yacht in Hypoluxo. Docked nearby was a German who had been accused, though not convicted, of war crimes. Intent on pumping him for information about the Thule Society, I neglected to get his name — bu his boat was the Edda, Hamburg. (Coincidentally, or at least incidentally, he said the teachings of the Thule Order or based on a Norse epic, The Edda.

All I recall of Mrs. Dannenberg is that, before or after she lived out back, Grandma and I used to take the streetcar to see her. She claimed to have a son overseas, in the U.S. Army Air Corps, who was killed by the Germans — almost too perfect a cover story to be anything else — and she frequented fortune tellers, which my Baptist grandmother thought foolish.

No name occurs more often in the conspiracy cant with which I am gradually becoming familiar than “Dan” or “Daniel” — and if little else is clear, it is evident this “Daniel” is a conspiracy.

Decadent Worker 86THE DESPERADOS

“Nazi SS men escaped punishment after the war with the help of US intelligence. Spies, scientists and military men went around the world under the cover of the Odessa, Die Spinne, and Kamaradenwork groups set up to save Nazi criminals. 300 Nazi spies under Gen. Reinhard Gehlen formed our CIA and German BND. Hundreds of aerospace, and munitions experts formed our military industrial complex. To fund themselves and to maintain control abroad, they also recruited and used trained assassins, mercenaries, provocateurs, and torturers. These people carried out hits, assassinations, paramilitary operations and terrorism, and continue to the present day. They are financed by the international traffic in drugs (esp. opium and cocaine), arms sales and taxes by the governments and military structures they control… These intelligence networks have a name, CIA, DIA (Defense Intelligence Agency), NSA (National Security Agency), and include a world intelligence network since WWII that interlinks British, Nazi, US and Russian intelligence operations.” — John Judge (Box 73586, T St. Sta. NW, Wash., D.. 20056)

Invisibility being definitive of conspiracies, where the June State overlaps with other networks is guesswork on my part. That the World Power Foundation (”JDS” in cant) is a June State facility is, however, reasonably certain. Explicitly devoted to accumulating slaves and legalizing human sacrifice, the World Power Foundation is almost as scary as the government — if less euphemistic in its documents (which read like the secret teachings of Carlos Marcello written in the style of Jim Garrison’s press releases). Obtain copies of these sociological gems from Loompanics, Box 1197, Port Townsend, WA 98368.

They comprise one of many pieces of the puzzle, others of which have appeared in DW regarding the JFK murder, Vril Burgs, etc. With enough puzzle pieces you can sometimes guess what the missing ones look like. For example, it seems there would almost have to be — also within the June State — a secret order comprising straight male pure Castillian Latinos. My “mad dogs” (bodyguards) strike me as something like that, vaguely associated in my mind with La Casa del Marina – French Quarter Cubano bar. Such an offshoot of the Vril would probably have been organized by Charles Cabell and would include then anti- and pro-Castro, evolutionist and revolutionist, left and right, authoritarian and libertarian, Chilean Fascist and Allende aficionados — all Spanish Caucasians genetically. Ultimately, this organization’s goal would be to serve the depopulationists in exterminating Indians and mestizos. Nor would Indochinese and Gays have been immune to their attentions. Let’s call them the Desperados, for want of knowing what they might call themselves. If these Desperados exist, they present a far graver problem than either the Sandinistas or the Contras.

Bonded by racial brotherhood, they would resolve political differences, of secondary importance, via set rituals. Watergate Cubans would be among their founding members, Nixon and Howad Hunt and the Texas Mafia also involved.

Political power rests half on force, half on lies. Technology is changing that. If there is mind control to assist power addicts, there are also improved lie detection methods (such as Psychological Stress Evaluation voice analysis) to foil them. Whether or not my Desperado hypothesis is correct can be determined.

Decadent Worker 85A one-at, hour-long play devoted to dramatically demonstrating how many children under five years of age perish miserably of starvation would take, lemme see, how many dead babies? One every two seconds. That’s thirty every minute. Anybody know where I can get eighteen-hundred dead babies cheap?

According to the law of supply and demand, they shouldn’t cost very much.

Write PERMANENT UNIVERSAL RENT STRIKE on every wall of every Third World ghetto in the world.

In addition to the dead babies, two-hundred dead adults are produced somewhere in the world every hour. I thought I would leave them out of the script, though. Although individually they probably wouldn’t weigh much, freight rates on eighteen-hundred dead babies are going to be steep enough.

My liberal friends say the problem is not production, but distribution. Enough dead babies are being produced, but seeing that everyone gets the amount they need is a problem capitalism hasn’t solved.

Write PERMANENT UNIVERSAL RENT STRIKE on the back of every letter you send.

My conservative friends say the problem is overpopulation. There are just too many of us and not enough dead babies to go around.

I say the problem is Third World absentee landlordism. Translate PERMANENT UNIVERSAL RENT STRIKE into every language. Overpopulation is just too many landlords: There is enough fertile land in the world to support everyone. Since the success of the Marshall Plan mass starvation has been confined to races Nazis deem inferior. Overpopulation is too many First World landlords with investments in the Third World!

Write PERMANENT UNIVERSAL RENT STRIKE on the moon. –Kerry Wendell Thornley, “Funnier Than a Truckload of Dead Babies: A Review of Our Most Extravagant Form of Entertainment”

Decadent Worker 84NIXON IN CHINA: THE OPERA

1970: Howard Hughes’ presence on planet earth is no longer needed. His handwriting can be duplicated by computer. His biography — all known facts about his life — has been compiled, and the computerized biography is issued to all top Hughes executives. The Illuminati has been known to do its homework…

1971: A final overdose of heroin does Hughes in. His coffin is lowered into the sea from a rocky headland off the coast of Skorpios. Albanian frogmen, tipped off, are waiting in the water. They seize the coffin and take the corpse off to Yugoslavia, thence to China and Russia, and then to Boston — in a footlocker. The corpse’s dental work is compared to Hughes’ own dental records; they match…

Present at the funeral were: Jackie Kennedy Onassis, Teddy Kennedy, Francis L. Dale, Director of CREEP and a South Vietnamese Cardinal named Thue. Onassis allowed some pictures to be taken from a distance: he himself did not appear…

New of Hughes death, the United States takeover by Onassis and the facts surrounding the murders of JFK, RFK, Martin Luther King, Mary Jo Kopechne and many more and subsequent cover-ups (involving still more murders), has been circulating around the globe for several years. Any country with this information can blackmail the United States Mafia government, which has no choice but to pay up. The alternative: to be exposed as a bunch of treasonous murderers.

This is why China-hating, Red-bating Nixon was forced to recognize China (which he now claims as his greatest accomplishment)…
–Bruce Roberts, A Skeleton Key to the Gemstone Files

Conspiracy buff Glen Duncan told me he read an article indicating Nixon has been involved in some 400 assassinations of his political enemies. I dare say I have been used as his decoy for a number of them, for the purpose of giving those murders a bogus stamp of legality. In the early sixties, E. Howard Hunt found that CIA bureaucrats would sign papers without reading them, whereupon he and Nixon thereby created their own “legally authorized” covert government which, among other things, was authorized to “protect” me. In reality, all that happens is that Nixon’s political enemies are murdered on this or that pretext of disagreeing with my politics, sexual views, etc. Thus Nixon reaps an undeserved reputation as a communist or individualist anarchist, a defender of sexual freedom and dope-smoking and LSD, etc. — when in fact he is only killing his own enemies for motives unrelated to such matters for any reason except to provide a final, fatal excuse.

Nixon is not just a misunderstood nice guy. Nor is he a crypto-Marxist, an agent of a socialist nation in disguise, etc., as many confusing rumors indicate. My awareness, however dim, of how Nixon has been using me (since the murder of Pope John XXIII in May of 1963) has resulted in my being accused of push-button thinking regarding Nixon. Reflex thinking occurs when only one or two facts are taken into consideration. My fear and loathing of Nixon is inspired by his whole career, not a few facts.

Decadent Worker 83UNDATED ENTRIES FROM MY NOTES MADE A FEW YEARS AGO IN SAN FRANCISCO.

Today everyone is saying that the conspiracies involving Marina Oswald and E. Howard Hunt have got a monopoly on racism. Of course considering what they say about me, anything could be true. Obviously there are racists in the woodwork somewhere or other. #####

Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? Speaking for myself — no. Occasionally I experience a waking nightmare about the subject, though. For what it’s worth, I don’t feel absolutely out of control of my own mind. It is more like there is an additional component to my mentality that occasionally becomes quite intrusive and obnoxious, with which I have to struggle for control of my own life — yet which I am usually capable of resisting. That, of course, could be illusion — the manipulation could be absolutely pervasive and could in fact dot every i of all my arguments against mind control. They could be using me to “eat.”

In DW #21 I described what, as far as I know, was my first mind control experience — an audio hallucination which occurred on the threshold of sleep when I was stationed in 1959 with Lee Oswald at LTA, El Toro Marine Base, Santa Ana and Tustin, California.

Probably my second such experience happened at Subic Bay, in the Philippines, when I was reading a biography of Henry David Thoreau. Only a series of intense nocturnal dreams about the subject matter of the book, it didn’t seem extraordinary at the time.

This happened just after I had become a Marxist, after looking first hand at the starving people of Intramuros in Manila. Up till then I was a Liberal and a Humanist. My Marxism was unusual in that it rejected Lenin, but held a place for Thoreau. For if he had lived at Walden Pond for 29 cents a day, then it could not be much of a burden for a government to furnish everyone with subsistence necessities. Anything beyond that, I figured, each individual could earn. Nevertheless, I wanted the people responsible for Third World shanty towns like Intramuros shot and the institutions that made such misery possible, even thinkable, suppressed and destroyed.

At about the same time, near the turn of the year, at Subic Bay, another Marine, named Mims, who was also an atheist, suggested I read Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand.

Months later, in 1960, I found a copy in a Yokohama book stall and began reading it at the same time I was entering processing to go back to the States and be discharged. Again, I was bombarded with many vivid dreams in which, this time, Reardon and Francisco and John Galt gave lengthy philosophical speeches to reinforce what I was reading in the book. This was evidently the third time I was subjected to mind control. I became a laissez-faire capitalist, convinced absolutely that Ayn Rand was the greatest mind of our age. I gather from Undercover that E. Howard Hunt was stationed, with the CIA, at Atsugi Naval Air Station. So was my Marine outfit. I am told these days, for whatever it may be worth, that the CIA knew of the experiments on me but was not behind them. Instead, they are supposed to have been the work of a laissez-faire capitalist who belonged to the Independent Order of Foresters, of all things, and/or Jose Delgado and Nelson Rockefeller.

When laissez-faire capitalists complain, these days, because I no longer agree with them, I find that just astounding! –Kerry Wendell Thornley

Decadent Worker 82Pictured upfront is one of the “policemen” who led the Dallas Mystery Tramps away from the scene of the crime and safely past police blotters as well. Note that he looks exactly like Watergate Burglar McCord! We have previously shown how two of the “tramps” resemble Hunt and Sturgis. An eye witness to the assassination identified a photo of Bernard Barker of the Watergate Team as the man he encountered behind the Grassy Knoll disguised as a “Secret Service agent.” See Coup detat In America by Weberman and Canfield for details.

Asked when Lee Oswald took his book, The Collective, to a typist, Marina Oswald said, “I think it was the end of June,” through a translator who seems to have been given to double or, in this case, triple entendre. June Oswald is Lee and Marina’s daughter. For years I have been hearing about an organization more secret, mysterious and unknown than even the Illuminati — called the June State (”JS” in my code). Allegedly, Henry Kissinger and Regis Kennedy, chief of New Orleans FBI when JFK was shot, are citizzens of this invisible government — as are any number of heavy-duty intelligence community leatherfreaks of varied political views.

In my opinion the June State functions somewhat like a trade union for spies, such as is presented in the novel, Station K. Very probably it is organized around a brain transmitter or similar device planted on June Oswald in the spring of 1963. Every initiate gets a listening device. As victim of a similar hoax I can attest that such electronic personality cults exist — wherein familiarity with the target is common denominator in cryptic communications.

Hitch-hiking, I got a ride with a man who told me there are four such living Rosetta Stones. Maybe Charles Manson and Stephen Gaskin are the other two.

Decadent Worker #81 – 14Oct87

Decadent Worker 81LAND AND NATURAL RESOURCES MONOPOLY is the principal weapon of genocidal racism in causing holocaustal famines and imperialist wars in today’s world. The Stat eis an outgrowth of the state. Nation-states in origin are federations of feudal estates. Ground rents were the ancient form of taxation of which taxes paid to governments are now just a consolidated variation. Rents are as coercive a form of tribute as taxes. Both contribute to maintaining an aristocratic elite called lords and ladies of the land or landlords and landladies.

As socialist states abolish this elite it is generally their custom to supplant it with a state bureaucracy of collective agriculture, etc., although Nicaraguan politicians are so far taking a more workable course of dividing up estates and apportioning plots of land to individual families. State landlordis as it exists in Russia and China is as exploitive as private landlordism without being as efficient in food production (although subsequent distribution is far more just). In Cambodia under Pol Pot it was this form of collective land tenure that caused massive starvation.

So opposition to private absentee landlordism, when advocating public absentee landlordism, is no greater mark of economic sanity in a world where one out of every three individuals goes to bed hungry every night. Only public grazing pastures — the public commons of old — lend themselves to collective management. Homesteading is far more effective for the direct production of food crops, however.

Voluntary grange co-ops for sharing farm equipment and storage and marketing facilities — not farm land — are also a desirable form of communalism in most instances. This, however, would be true in many industries where land is not a significant factor as well. It is the absentee control of land & natural resources adhering to or in land that comprises the chief economic factor contributing to both starvation and slavery.

Within conspiracy politics the organizations opposing estate landlordism and similar traditional raw material monopolism are rumored to tend in the direction of sexism and authoritarianism usurpative of individual rights in general. So although the Yellow Turban Society must avoid collaborating with absentee landlords and their economic co-conspirators such as oil majors, it cannot always sanction every organization opposed to private land monopolies either. Until the contradictions within the anti-monopolist organization in accord with natural rights, we will in many instances have to maintain neutrality, siding neither with the absentee land holders nor their authoritarian foes.

Whenever there is a viable choice to oppose feudalist landlordism without usurping the rights of persons, we should take that option. A tribalist federation devoted to defending the privileges of land and natural resource monopolists would become just another fascist secret society.
